We will always be eternally grateful for our Google AdWords Grant:)
Unfortunately, we discovered that we lost our 501c3 status.
We have not had any contributions in the past three years.
Therefore, the IRS considered
us to be expired entity, for us this is a
very disheartening predicament to say the least.
Too bad we were not receiveing credit for all of things we have done.
We have always promised to be honest with you, so we feel it is
important that you find this out from us, rather than through a
search on the internet.
Rest assured that we will be meeting with John T. Shelby to clear
up this problem
asap and make sure that it does not happen again.
We understand that many people are barely surviving out there,
let alone have extra money to help smaller non profit organizations,
such as heaven's Miraculosu Angelic Giving Inspirational Child, Inc.
We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate course of events and we
will endeavor
to make sure that something like this never happens again.
We absolutly will understand that, if you were considering donating
to our organization, you will need to wait until
we can show
you proof of our non profit status
in the future.
